RESEARCH
Research and development at the ICZ
The ICZ provides an international forum for original and significant research and debate on the zoological gaze. The institute combines basic research in conservation ecology with advances in science-based management practice. It has a broad scope ranging from the documentation of animal memorabilia through to the studying of economic incentives to preserve tigers. Visitors can expect a range of projects covering well-structured field studies, manipulative experiments, and analytical and modelling studies. All projects aim to advance our knowledge and understanding of zoology.
